Who are we?
In 1995, Jean Gricourt created an asset management consulting firm under the name "J.conseil".
To cope with its strong growth "J.conseil" became a limited company (SARL) two years ago.
Thanks to this status as a limited company, our key partners who supply the real estate products proposed by I.PieR were able to buy into the capital of I.PieR.
Most of our business is in investment consulting.
We provide our consulting services to private investors either directly or in partnership with institutions (banks, insurance companies)
